Mine have started blooming at about 2 years..I keep them very cool in the winter (about 45-50) they rest the winter then start blooming in the spring and some thru ourt the year..except for the hard headed night bloomers.

To my knowledge I don't have any with the virus..I haven't bought any hostas in well over a year..and most I have came from you in 91-93. After the second tree came down this sring we are still rescuing hostas and trying to move some.. damaged but no visial signs of virus.. good info to have..thanks...
