I saw a mature clump at O'Brien's, it was spectacular.

I've got two S&S, one started blooming 3 weeks ago and one is just starting now.

Our hostas are doing fine despite the heat, and it's pouring as I write this!

I'm sorry for your loss. I've got huge maples in my yard, the ground is full of roots. But I love hostas, so I plant, fertilize and water and hope for the best.

I made a pilgrimage to O'Brien's in Granby, CT yesterday. With all of the rain the hosta plantings were spectacular.
