Well, two months after Karma's in the Pacific Northwest and one month after Ed's in the Upper Midwest, my H. flava are finally blooming here in Northern New England. Better late than never!!

There is no such thing as a Diabetic Diet. The key is to eat consistent carbs, not necessarily low carbs. The Atkins diet is not the way to go, imnsho. Too much fat and not well balanced at all.
