I went hosta shopping today and came home with one labeled Lakeside Symphony, but I don't think it is. Can anyone give me any ideas what it might be? It has dark green leaves with creamy yellow margins. The leaves look like they have some rippling. The bigger leaves are 7" L x 4" W and the plant is about 13" tall.

It is definitely not Lakeside Symphony. Here's a pic of mine from last year.
It does look like Yellow River, or perhaps Abba Dabba Do, or something along those lines.

Nothing really jumps out at me for this one. I wonder if you will need to let it grow up some more, since sometimes a younger division can grow up to look different.

But no, it won't turn into Lakeside Symphony ;)

Don't know there are several it could be ...when it gets a bit bigger it'll be easier to tell. Looks nice though but I hope you got it on sale if it was mislabelled!

I bought it from someone that has a huge hosta garden, and was selling some of the overflow(I guess you could call it). I was visiting my brother that lives about 100 miles from me and happen to drive passed the place.

I guess I will wait to see what it grows up to be.

    Thanks

Maybe you could call them and let them know there was a mix up with the tags?
