Hello,

I am not sure if you remember me.. I was your secret trade last summer. I have not been on much after that, my life got a little crazy and I had some things to deal with...

I just wanted to say hi and see how the Hosta are doing for you. I had so much fun shopping for you with Chris, he was just wonderful! Thankfully, because with your list I was totally lost! It was doubly fun for me if you remember as we chose plants that we could devide so you got some and I got some. So far mine are doing great!

Well just wanted to say hi, and thank you for your kind posts, and for sharing your gardens. I love looking at your pictures, I find them very inspiring.

Thanks, Mari!!! I've been out looking every day to see what's coming up, and checking them off on my list. I did lose a few over the winter, some that I planted quite late that were gifts from a friend who was leaving for Florida. A couple of them were victims of frost heaving...but the ones from you are all up and accounted for and looking good! Did all of yours make it?
My new hostas are all planted out in rows in a growing area, so they haven't reached their final destination as yet.
No pics of the garden yet this year. The hostas are just flinging themselves out of the ground and unfurling so fast it's making my head spin. I still don't have all my cleanup done!
I'll try to get pics soon of the ones you and Chris chose for me.

All of my Hosta from Chris have made it and most of them are showing new eyes as well (with the exception of Spilt Milk, as I said in an earlier post I think it was getting too much sun. I plan to get a replacement and try it in my new gardens, it was a Mothers Day gift from my Grandson, so it has special meaning.

I am so glad to hear that your gardens are progressing well, and I am sorry for your losses :(

I think I speak for us all when I say I can't wait to see pictures of your gardens and your emerging Hosta, you are such and inspiration!

You are so very kind and I love reading your posts!
