I hope these views of my back garden give a visual clue to specific locations whenever I mention them.
The house faces north.

The South Border, which mercifully shields the view of the neighbor's pool.
Its visual cue is the birdbath, and a sugar maple dominates the scene.

The East Border, which provides privacy from four
other households.

The West Border, which, in addition to providing privacy,
gives background to a couple of peonies. That's a Macintosh apple tree in the
foreground.
They're all Work In Progress. Nothing much going on now; as soon as I muster the energy, fall cleanup will
get underway.
