Happy Easter to everyone!! We are going to my parents. I made Broccoli/Cauliflower salad, green bean salad, brownies, 2 egg custard pies, homemade carrot cake....all is gluten free!!~

As my mother's great aunt used to say, "I'm full as a tick!" After a weekend of church services, I deserve it. Plus we got some garden work done, and are watching hostas et al. poke their way through the winter mulch. Spring is here! Christ is risen! Alleluia!
