I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I think it might be an FFO on a seedling that I've never seen bloom. This entire bed was wiped out by deer last year and I had stuck several seedlings in there to grow them out along with the the ones I moved in a hurry. If it that is what it is, it is a very fast grower with great branching and all i can hope is that the blooms improve
It is also unfortunate that it will open several more over the next few days in 100F + heat - certainly not the best conditions to evaluate the look of them
