Norfolk Island Pine

Use this area to talk about tender plants such as annuals, tropicals, and houseplants.

Norfolk Island Pine

Post by eastwood2007 »

Has anyone ever tried to propagate one of these from stem cuttings?

I have one that is about 8 years old that has outgrown all it's possible locations. I hate to kill it for having grown so well, but it has outgrown it's happy home.

I would like to try to propagate some babies if possible.

I would try the air layering method on this. I'm just starting to play with evergreens and was told that was a way to do it.
