What a handsome fellow!
I didnt have as may come to the feeders this year as I normally do. I usally get 7-15 per day... but only had 3-7 show up this year.

What a cutie! Nice pic of a bold little bird! I had one nest in a decorative birdhouse that was right on the back deck! We disturbed them everytime we went out there...which was often! They successfully raised their babies none the less! They would scold us it we were to close for an extended period...

Oh... :oops: Sorry, for some reason, I had ideas of spray painting a solid color shower curtain with a stencil in place that matches the room :oops:

Not to good at sewing here...maybe I'd better just buy those $39.95 ones! :lol:

What a great idea! I have been looking for a shower curtain to go with the "hummingbird" decor in my bathroom for 2 years. The only one I can find is $39.95! I wont pay that much!

I looked in my field guide and dont see anything that even resembles a bird like that. Most sparrows have identifying markings around their eyes or on thier wings. KHT, thanks for the compliment on the photos. :D They're a dull olive green... I definately noticed the green right away. I knew it was a bird that I had never seen before. I scrambled to get some photos while they fluttered around, then ID'd them later. It was really cool! Do your hummers and finch...

I was surprized to see this bird drinking from my Brugs this summer! There must have been 7 or 8 that came in for a sip. I thought all parts of Brugs were poisonious!!! :o

I think its a pine warbeler?
