I just had a YAHOO moment! I slipped on a pair of pants that are the next size down from what I am currently wearing and they actually fit great! The scale hasn't moved but a couple of pounds but this walking has made the difference in fit.

I found that walking for time rather than distance is the easiest way for me to stick to something. I have a timer that I wear on a cord around my neck.
