Need ideas for a bed

I'm going to be doing the front bed with our post-light soon, and need some ideas for what to fill the center of it with. http://sites.google.com/site/bookreportgrid/Home/emptyfrontbed.JPG I know that at the very front edge closest to the front of the picture will be red and red-white peonies which ...

Back porch and patio containers

These are some of the containers I've done for the back porch and patio this year. A couple of my better looking hostas

However, the ones that were previously up front are looking pretty groovy. http://sites.google.com/site/bookreportgrid/Home/fronthostabed.JPG From right to left: Blazing saddles,...

If I really want to kill something, I drill small holes in the base of it and pour an herbicide into them. It's rather effective at killing pretty much anything, including very old trees.

Possible infection on Fried Green Tomatoes?

This guy has been in the ground for 3 years, and this is the first time he has shown any symptoms. The two leaves that show the really bad crinkling and discoloration actually emerged sort-of binded together, so I pulled them apart and it looks rather HVX-ish. http://sites.google.com/site/bookreport...
