Re: Hosta Identification help
Thanks for your help. I look at hosta library all the time, it is helpful to identify . It does look a lot like Royal Flush the only difference is the gold margin is not as wide so I am still stumped. Not Collectors Banner...wish it was , that's gorgeous.

Hosta Identification help
Does anyone have any idea which hosta this is . It starts out with a very faint chartreuse border . The underside of the leaf is white . Average texture. Would really appreciate your help.

Hi I know its been a few years since I have been back but here I am again . I finally can start to enjoy my love of hosta now that my eight foot deer fence has been installed. I really gave up when each summer they destroyed my garden . It took a lot of time and money to create the barrier I need to...

Last summer we had an 8 foot fence installed and for the first time in five years I actually got to see my beautiful hosta thrive . So amazing :D . At one time I had a collection of over 600 gorg...

Unusual flower
This is a Hosta I started from seed about 10 years ago. I always loved it . It has huge leaves with heavy texture . I had so many varieties before my move, I I never really noticed the flower . But here it is. I can't wait until it opens.

This is one of the first Hosta to appear in the spring and it's been looking so nice this year.i have had it at least ten years but it's been divided at least three times with my moves. It's only in its third season this year. Registry - http://www.hostaregistrar.org/detail.php?id=6189&Variety=Sea%2...

Re: Question about transplanted hosta
I have had many Hosta eaten to the ground by deer . It's so disappointing . Sometimes I get few small leaves by seasons end. I try to protect them from further damage so they aren't damaged again and make sure they get lots of water.good luck.

Re: Another nameless Hosta.
Thanks David
I will give them a try . This came from my original collection which was over 600 varieties. I lost many in a couple of moves but I am weeding through that list to try to narrow it down . It's a division I would have taken about 4 years ago I would guess....
