Re: The "problem" with troughs
Thanks Ed for the information. We are starting to deal with roots here also and it's so hard to keep stuff in the ground when you deal with neighboring tree roots. We are shocked that one here in this state can be sued if you disturb your neighbor's tree roots especially if they put them on the prop...

Re: What crafts does everyone do?
Yes Soummer, it is cross stitch! I finished Africa per the kit's requirement and now putting in the extra
artistic touches as the sky, land and water. I hate to see empty spaces on projects.
I am a strong believer in Bilberry for the eyes after finding out I have AMD.

Re: What crafts does everyone do?
I've gone back to stitching to keep me inside!! Have been working on Africa since Jan. but took
a break and did the police car for DH to share at work. (Sorry Africa is upside down, it's not that
way on my photos. Hope to finish this today but I'm going to add water to the outside.)

Thanks MissGoose. I had to put this one on hold as DH found one he wanted done.
I have been working on this one for three days now. It is so relaxing and keeps me
inside.

'Africa'
jgh has inspired me to do Africa! So since the first of the year I have been going to Africa daily. In January I was grounded to the house, no greenhouse either. Last years heat and sun did some damage to the face and I had to go through two sittings of blue light, with removal of one spot that the ...

Getting Ready For This Year's Season!
This year it's was time to mulch the whole garden! So we ordered 25 cubic yards of mulch and guess who put it out all by herself? Not bad for an old gal, it took a full week as I'm not moving as fast as I used to. The place where we ordered it had to bring it out in two loads, first 15 cubic yards w...
