I am eating my version of the Crustless Cranberry Pie. Yummm. I left out the walnuts, didn't want to make a trip to the emergency room with the DH. I also took out 1/2 cup of sugar and used 1/2 Splenda in its place. Also used egg beaters instead of eggs. Took the WW points from 8 per piece to 2 per ...

:o :o :o Wow, that is great, Claudia!

I hope to someday fit into a size 10, maybe in a year of so. That will probably be my end size.

Keep up the good work.

I think I need to get a new pedometer, mine is gettting 'twisted' at the clip and keeps falling off. Maybe for x-mas.

Thanksgiving

How has everyone done over the holiday? Of course for some of us the holiday will cont. with Part 2 on the weekend :o . Just remember to get back on track Monday. One meal doesn't make a day, a week or a lifetime.

O.k., I can sort of tell the difference between them in the pictures. But, Chili doesn't look red to me. Is it just the picture?

I think his point is isn't that he doesn't want me on meds, or won't put me on meds. But that 'most' people don't need them until they are in their 50's. Obviously some people need them at younger or older ages.

Sounds like a "dump cake".

Layers of
One can Crushed Pinnapple with juice
One can Cherry Pie filling
One box yellow cake mix
One stick butter, cut up and dropped around the top.

Bake at 350 for 45 min to 60 min.

It is awsome. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream on top.

My W.W. leader told us about a web site called "America on the move" last week. You have to join, for free, and I guess you can get support/information, etc. But, one thing you can do is log in your steps for the day and "pretend" to be walking on a famous trail, I.E. the Oregon Trail, The Alaskan H...
