2017 update - much the same. July 27, 2017

2017 update - July 27. MAYBE some growth.

I see I posted a picture already for 2017, but here's another. Aug. 15 but it had been affected by slugs in a very wet year.

2017 update - not much change. It's a mature hosta. July 19, 2017 and we had lots of rain and lots of slugs.

2017 update - becoming more and more stabilized. BUT I think I now have more than one eye. Maybe I can divide it. If not, on to a plant sale. Photo July 9.

'Stiletto' was also the first thing that came to my mind.

2017 update. This continues to do well for me and I've also had a few nice seedlings from it. Photo July 27. And this is the seedling a couple of weeks ago.

2017 update - July 27.

2017 update - this one is still white in the centre 3 years after I bought it (and 4 years in 2018).

2017 update. I haven't moved it and it has grown in the new location. Aug. 5 photo.

2017 update - July 19. I've kept this one in a pot and I sink the pot into a trough.

2017 update - Sept. 12. Lots of slug holes, but it bloomed well. The division in the pot did not bloom though it grew well.

2017 update - July 27.

2017 update. A sizable portion of this plant reverted to solid blue and I separated it. Now I have both 'Pewterware' and a streaked sport. This is the solid blue section July 27, 2017. And the streaked section July 19.

2017 update - July 19, 2017. We had a lot of rain in 2017 and the slugs ate everything in site. At the end of the season, I did divide out one of these eyes for 2018 plant sales.

2017 update - It continued to do poorly in 2017. I dug it and examined the roots and decided to replace it. However, I grew the remnants of it in my nursery bed for the remainder of the season.
