These all sound very interesting AND judging from pictures you've posted of your projects before, I bet you'll do pretty well. Be sure to let us know how it goes and if you can add some pictures too that would be great!
Good Luck!

Hi Arlene Just had a bit of time to ck around here and came accross your post. Wondering how the the pond walk was? Did you get any suggetions for the project at your new house? Looks like you have an excellent starting point. I have always wished for a waterfall/pond/stream and would love to hear a...

Our 7 yr old, Maggie, (not a lab, but a mixture of lhasa apso and bischon ( think I'm spelling those correctly ) loves bananas. Like someone mentioned before, all I need to do is peel one and it's like the can opener. I don't even make any noise and she just appears. She likes apples and peanut butt...

Hi Ginger Yes those swollen areas will turn to seed pods if you leave them on the plant. Personally, I deadhead my lilies unless I plan to grow the seeds, this lets all the energy go back to the bulb and be used for next years flowers. They do only flower once a yr. Some are stem rooting (roots form...

WOW! How cool is that?!!! It must be neat to have them eat from you hand that way. So did you actually leave them in the pond over winter then? I'd be nervous about doing that... Not sure but I think I remember you posting about some other fish you have - tropicals, right? Thanks for sharing the vid...

I have this in my rock garden and really like it. The leaves are so tiny it does look like moss from a distance. It spreads nicely, even over rocks, but is not as agressive as the bigger, coarser thymes. I will try to get a picture when I go out today. I would go with plants, especially if you have ...

Hi ~ I don't have that particular variety, but do grow lots of dianthus. It is one of my favorites. I have had very good results wintering over if I top dress with chicken grit. I've even put the grit around established mat forming plants (other than d.), lifting carefully so as not to damage root a...

It looks nice! Wondering if you have trouble with the a. being invasive. Have been thinking of trying that plant myself, but I have a smaller garden area in the city so wonder how quickly it spreads. Know it is in the mint family and tend to be a bit careful them myself. They are such strong growers...
