You see in 2 years you can have a collection like this in your garden.
All my Heucheras are pottet up and in the winter i can move the pots on the places where the Hostas are gone.
So you have in the winter plants again to looking for

H & H (Hostas & Heucheras) are a fine combination in the garden.
Also by H & H are there difficoult plants they not survived a season later... but yeah, we are also difficoult in special collectors !!

Hi Pia, a little bit sun is always better for te roots.
They growing better if the Hostas stand in full shadow.
I see what the evaluation is this year because now i am planted in a pot.

Hi Pia, in the beginning is the sun present, but after the other Hostas growing, they growing over this little one and the Hosta has almost not sun.
Now in the pot he stands in 90% shadow

Thanks Linda & Renaldo, now the hosta is in a pot i can keep an eye on this. I hope with plant out the Hosta now safer is than in the ground. The roots are in good condition with a good clump. I keep the forum informed about the colorchanging around june/july.
