sorry for the direction this thread went.

We might have had a lot of flooding but 10 miles away was hit hard by a tornado. They are still out of power. Their fire department was destroyed along with the equipment inside the building. Many roofs taken off. Luckily nobody was hurt. That same tornado went through the town our daughter lives in...

there will be a lot of pics. I have about 6 or so Ventricosa and LSBS got mixed up in the bunch somehow in the move. They must be really really look alike because I just picked one and took it to a leaf show and it got a ribbon as LSBS. But it looks just like the others so I really don't know. Will ...

Well here are the pics from today.

We have had so much rain I would love some sun. Had tornado warnings yesterday and lots and lots of flooding. This is suppost to be a small creek and last year was our garden. After flooding 13 times last year and 3 times so far this year we gave up that idea.

They look very happy! Nice color contrasting.

Are there any differences? I have both and can't tell which one is which. And of course tags have been moved before being mapped. I even tried seeing a difference in their flowers today.

I have Swoosh and it is stabilizing into a very nice white centered plant. White all the way down the petiole. That really shows off her red legs. I separated it last year and put it somewhere I wouldn't lose it. Well it wasn't the best spot. Dry and all afternoon sun. Well its back and looking good...

Thanks Chris, A friend of mine was looking in her book and said it doesn't say anything about having red on it. I was worried I got something else. AGAIN. lol

Ok this one is blooming now. Flowers look exactly like Blue Angel. Could this possibly be a seedling that got away from me? Its huge. Here is a pic of both flowers side by side. And a pic of the flower stalk. They look so much alike.

I just planted one. I sure hope its not fussy. And it looks just like your leaf. So pretty

This was marked as Crocodile Rock but the description does not mention the red on the petioles. Here is a couple pics I took of it. If not what could it be?

I will be keeping an eye on this one. Will have to wait till it flowers and check out those hosta you have suggested. I will post a pic of its flowers. If I remember right they are white but not sure how white. lol

Sorry to hear that it has HVX. I keep an eye out for it on mine too. This year I am worried about a few but with so much frost damage I will wait till next year and check it again. The one I am mostly concerned about is a Queen Josephine that is no longer shiny.
