Here's he's got his eye on Stan and eye on HIS patio and wondering if we are staying long! UGLY thing! This is the offspring of the larger and be...

Oh yes, me too. He just hates them growing up through that section of deck. It's only about 1' off the ground level and so they grow up through it and I let them till the frost. Whatever you know? We never use this deck.....except for his griling stuff!

Re: Who is this?

Oops! Sorry Pat, there is rarely only one bird in my pics. Where there is one, there are 2 or 3 or 7! :D He does blend in with the runway a bit there! I think he's here to stay as he shows up everytime I'm out there now. Doesn't mind me getting to close which I thought was weird. Then again, I've st...

No, one of the sites I read about the fire ants on, say they can start in the cracks of pavement and or along side of the sidewalks!

Re: Monarch Butterfly

Well, my dh would return them to, but until he saw all the catepillars and now the monarchs, he didn't believe me that it's the only plant they lay eggs on. NOW he's a believer and is enjoying the fruits! :D

Re: BUG ID's pretty please?

Hm....that's what I was thinking but I've never seen such large eggs for ants. Usually they are microscopic almost. Very tiny little white things I thought? I've seen those before, but this thing is huge!

Re: Ground Clear/ Extended Control

Those that do, as sometimes used to sterilize the soil so that NOTHING can grow in it! Send it here though! I've got some stubborn blackberry plants I can't bomb and would love to...

We have window A/C, so I've been using 'Home defense' that the last 2 nights just around them. They still get in! They are...
