Here's he's got his eye on Stan and eye on HIS patio and wondering if we are staying long! UGLY thing! This is the offspring of the larger and be...

Re: Thank-You Pia!!!
It was fun! Almost....NOT as be there, but....fun all the same!
It had crossed my mind that I could really screw with her mind , by bidding against her for something, but I thought she might just blow up with the excitement!

Oh yes, me too. He just hates them growing up through that section of deck. It's only about 1' off the ground level and so they grow up through it and I let them till the frost. Whatever you know? We never use this deck.....except for his griling stuff!

Re: Who is this?
Oops! Sorry Pat, there is rarely only one bird in my pics. Where there is one, there are 2 or 3 or 7! :D He does blend in with the runway a bit there! I think he's here to stay as he shows up everytime I'm out there now. Doesn't mind me getting to close which I thought was weird. Then again, I've st...

Well, my dh would return them to, but until he saw all the catepillars and now the monarchs, he didn't believe me that it's the only plant they lay eggs on. NOW he's a believer and is enjoying the fruits!

Hm....that's what I was thinking but I've never seen such large eggs for ants. Usually they are microscopic almost. Very tiny little white things I thought? I've seen those before, but this thing is huge!

Those that do, as sometimes used to sterilize the soil so that NOTHING can grow in it! Send it here though! I've got some stubborn blackberry plants I can't bomb and would love to...

Well, like I said, this one is only out at night after dusk. Drives me nuts though, b/c to get to sleep I have to hunt, or I lay thinking they are on the ceiling!
And these are the only ones I catch. The others are just watched

These buggers for the last few years have invaded the house in late summer. Every night, I pick them off the ceiling. I've noticed, you don't see them till it gets dark outside. We have window A/C, so I've been using 'Home defense' that the last 2 nights just around them. They still get in! They are...
