Ok, I have other thing to confess  , this weekend, I went to a trip with the horticultural society and we shopped at a nursery, so:

I'm not shy to confess this to you all because I know, you will understand. Is there a time where I will say to me, OK, that's enough?

Well, maybe if you lost one of your jobs, you'd MAYBE say no. It's hard, but necessary sometimes. REALLY hard, but necessary. Unless of course you have a child or two to sell that is!

Nathalie...Enough? Probably never. You may reach the stage, though, where you can say: I think I'll pass that one up because I already have 3 (or 5 or 15) that are similar.
I'm also finding that I'm not as quick to whip out the checkbook since I have some great genetic potential in the garden already, and I can grow some pretty nice looking hostas from the seed.
But enough? I thought 100 would be enough, and then bumped that up to 150...on and on. Now I have over 500 varieties, about 800 hostas altogether, and it's still not enough.

Enough is enough?
Less is more?

BAH!

Doesn't apply.

LESS is never MORE
MORE is always BETTER

My numbers don't compare to many of yours....but give me time!!
And I'm not ready to confess to any details...
Though I think that I need to find the end soon...I'm getting too old for carving new beds out of the berry brambles and hardwoods!

Welcome Nancy :D

Very nice list and some will take lots of years to show their potential

Enoug... no.,,,,,,,,,,,.too many in the garden ? Yes

This year I found my trigger.. to grow them from tiny plants to beauties

Just one problem.. I have too many beauties...some of them sing my song.. others don't..so-- I am trying to sell them to better homes

making space for new ones

Dear Nathalie...you are among friends here who understand - you don’t have to say “confess”, as if you did something bad or unwise. You can proudly “brag”... “Look at what I got - aren’t you excited for me?”.

Great haul, by the way!

Shame on you Nathalie! :o For your punishment, you must plant all of those hostas and then have a seat in your garden and enjoy them.
