So who else has registered hostas in 2007?
Hi everyone,
I was wondering who here has registered hostas in 2007? We registered 3 plants this year so far, and I might get a couple more in soon.
Green Nature Lady - corrugated, dark green seedling of Harvest Dandy with great near white flowers that stand out against the really dark leaves
Radiant Star - I've shared this one before, and we finally registered it. Plus it is being tissue cultured right now so we hope to have it available in 2009 or 2010
Heart's Delight - a solid green sport of Warwick Delight. I always frown on these types of sports being registered but after so many people asked for it we decided to name it
So what have you registered this year?

Well done Chris & Brian!!! I remember looking at some of your newbies last summer and had thoughts then that a couple of those would be keepers!! We will have to check them out a little closer next summer!! I think that Green Nature Lady might be one we have to "obtain" ..... ..

Registrations
I registered 'Lily Blue Eyes' (named for our granddaughter) early this year. I had previously posted pictures of it here.
It was a blue ribbon and section winner at First Look a few years ago. It is in tissue culture, and will be available commercially in 2-3 years.

Congrats, all! Chris, I will put GNL on my must have list.
I have a few nice OP seedlings, but don't have any plans to register any as of now. Most of them are too much like things that are already out there. You never know, though! I have a couple I'm watching closely.

Hi Ken,
What is 'Kenzie' from, or what can we expect from that one? Looks like it was just emerging in that picture and has some nice colors. Is it a big one or a small one?
Here is a picture of 'Radiant Star'. You can see a piece of its parent, 'Radiant Edger', in the lower right of the top picture so you can see the difference.
I have 3 more to register, if I can just find my papers from the summer when I took measurements, and if I can find my pictures of them. Might have to wait until next year on these others.

Congrats Chris & Brian. I'm looking forward to collecting ALL your introductions. Photo is of Ken's Kenzie. He gave it to Manfred as a gift when we visited his garden the year nationals was in Cleveland. Later, Love, Lisa

Have I mentioned lately that my drinking team has a hosta problem?
