Hi All--Moon Glow, a nice, versatile plant, was purchased in 1999 and has been growing in a spot that gets 3-4 hours of mid-day sun. It is planted just a few feet from Moonlight. In our garden, they are almost mirror images of each other. Moon Glow does have a bit more yellow. Starting in 2001 it size has been 41x19, 44x19, 50x22, 48x17, 55x21, 54x23 and 54x22. I guess it is safe to say that its size has stabilized. Zilis lists it at 40x17 and Lemke lists its registration size as 30x20. Slugs are only a minor problem.

Hank...that's a beauty. I love this look! I was looking for Moonglow at one time, and a hosta friend said she had it. She brought me a piece of it, and it turns out that it's more likely Richland Gold. I do have Moonlight, though it took me a long time to get it. Always out there after the newest ones, forgetting to add the time-tested oldies.

Hank - What lovely pictures!
Moonglow is a favortie in my gardens.
I brought it home from the AHS national convention in Ohio. It is just hard to beat those 'oldies but goodies'.
I planted Moonglow right next to Moonlight. They are so similar I decided to do an experiment and see just how 'the same' they are. Interestingly, they do have distinct diferences. I love them both.
We all get excited about all the new 'ones' & forget maybe, the best of the best all ready exsists.
But it's all just for fun!
Thanx!
