Hi again Dirk,
Need I say it again? I just love your photographs! You should be the photographer for all the hosta books. What about other flowers? Are hostas your only love?
You said it's winter now in Belgium. How long is your growing season & is it in April/May-October like it is here?
I believe I got my Night Before Christmas from Renaldo. Do you remember that Renaldo? Anyway, it's a gorgeous hosta & getting pretty big.
I don't have any luck with Morning Light. I had 2 & they died, then last year I found a clearance sale & bought about 3 for $1 each but didn't get them planted so I'm sure they'll die. Or maybe they'll fool me & be ok in the pots. Who knows?
Ellen

Hi Ellen, thanks for te support from my photography.
It is just a hobby growing itself by the Hostahobby.
First you need a good camera, i buy last year a new one and you see the difference with the older one... And than a lot of practice !!. Momently i take most Hosta's and the leaves from the Hosta's. The most flowers are mostly in the same way... and i have not so much space on the server for many and many pictures!! (now +- 1000 pics)
You see a flower from my own Hosta Fat Boy.
Here is the winter the same way like by yours. The first noses are these from Hosta clausa normalis and coming now above.
Indeed Hosta Morning Light is not an so good one. I split him after a year or 2 for overliving them...
Fine day Ellen and i read the next answers from you
Dirk.
