This is one hosta that would have to be replaced right away if I ever lost it. Once the season moves on it becomes a very milky lime green. One of a kind in the garden.
Very heavy substance and a good breeder.

I wondered about this one when I saw it on your 10-foot-rule list. Don't think I'd heard of it til then. Looks like a good one. You'll have to show a pic when it has the milky lime coloration.

Ignore the fact I have not weeded this section of the gardens yet and see if you think the Irish Moon sticks out as different in this grouping.

Foxfire Irish Moon starting to get its milky color.

Invinsible to the right, Hoosier Dome in back and Wooly Mammoth to the right if I am not mistaken.

Thanks for your pic!! Would you beleive I ordered one from just that one leaf sneaking in the shot of another hosta you posted?

I love that color. Mine has been in the ground about a week.

I like the nice round, heavy leaves on it. It's one of my favorite new purchases. Mine is a bit ragged as something has been nibbling at it, but I like it just the same. Fingers crossed for a scape on it.
