Showstoppers (today, at least)

Post by HostaDesigner »

Taking pics again. These really stood out for me today. :o

'Viva Las Vegas' emerging for the first time in it's new home.
Image

The big gold one is a seedling of 'Queen Josephine' from at least 2002 (?).
Image

"The headless gardener" ...sorry I didn't fit in the pic. This is the biggest Jack in the Pulpit I've ever seen!

Image

A white-margined sport of 'Golden Gate'. It looks good now, so hopefully it won't drawstring.

Image

Lastly, a ('Dorothy Benedict' x 'Elatior' x Open) hybrid in the new woodland path.

:D What a fun hobby.

Lovely -- especially that last one, with DB heritage. How long has it taken to get to that wonderful size??? Phyllis
