Hi All--Minuteman is one of the better white edged, green varieties. Unlike many others, Minuteman has had relatively few problems with ragged or torn edges late in the season. I purchased this offspring of Francee in 2001 and have had it growing in a spot that gets an hour or so of direct sun. Over the 7 years it measured 12x9, 18x8, 24x9, 22x11, 22x16, 24x10 and 30x10. That puts it in line with Lemke's listing of 24x18 and the Library's 24x12. If anyone has a plant that matches Zilis' listing of 50x23, please post a pic and let us know about the growing conditions.
The photos are from 2002, 2004, and 2007.

I like that! Thought I had it, but I'm thinking it was one that didn't come back after it's first winter here
