Unforgettable stands out in a garden

Post by redcrx »

I was at a local garden center last summer where there were over 100 types of hosta. Saw Unforgettable in the mix - it really stood out. So I bought it and planted it next to a nice Fragant Bouquet. It flowered well and then evaporated. I hope it will be back this coming summer.

Beautiful!

I got one from Chris a couple of years ago and it is doing well - hopefully it will leap this year and look as great as yours.

Thnaks for the photos, they are great!

Mine was only 3 years old last year and looking good! The concrete leaf on the left is about 8" across (for size comparison).

Gorgeous!

I recently heard that forcing hostas early....as in having them ready for a full display early in garden centers....causes them to go dormant much earlier. Maybe that is what happened. I, too, hope it comes back well for you....really lovely hosta...adding it to my list!
