I received my summer trade today.It was from John.I was sent:

All arrived in great shape and multi-eyed.I did not have any of the four in my collection.They are soaking in water and will be in the ground tomorrow.Thanks for the hostas John.

I received my secret trade today... doing the happy hosta dance.
Aundrea (Scrappinmusicmommy) sent me 2 hosta that I did not have. I knew it might be hard for anyone to come up with some that I didn't have, but she did good! She sent me: Swoosh & Rippling Rhythm & a hot pink bee balm.

My secret trade came today and I hit the jackpot! ZZtopsoil sent 8 !! new to me hosta! All are nice large divisions and arrived in great shape!

I'd like to thank hostamanphil for the great package. He reminded me that we were spaw partners a few summers ago.

It was nice to receive after getting back from a weekend of helping clean my grandparent home. They just moved to a assisted care facility. I was able to nab some plant starts, (even some common hosta) from their garden, before the house sells.

I received:

White Wall Tire - this looks like it'll be fun to watch make its change from white to green
Manzo - on my wish list
Hacksaw - I think that I'll really like this one!

Thank you to Scott (scootersbear) for sending me two hostas, both new to my garden:

LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU--- very dark green sport of Gypsy Rose;

TORCHLIGHT--- vase-shaped green, edged white, with some red on petioles.

Great choices!

Also included were a few seedlings out of KOMODO DRAGON, which may grow up to be spectacular, I'll be keeping an eye on them!
