Sorry for the delay in approving the post. Yes, that looks like High Society when it is younger. It can be slow to grow and mature so be patient, but it will grow up and look great

Is that a new plant? Has it flowered? If it's new, you may need to wait until next season and look at it when it first emerges. 'High Society', like 'Remember Me', will emerge with yellow centres.
