Road Trip To White Flower Farm
Yesterday was rainy, the power was out and we were both tired, so Mrs. Phil and I took a ride to White Flower Farm in Litchfield, CT. (It's about 40 minutes from us). Mrs. Phil had a gift certificate, so the stars were in alignment.
What a display of hostas they have there! We were followed home by Mighty Mouse and Lakeside Shore Master.

Wow, that really is quite the display of hostas. And I don't see all the burned out edges like we have around here from the late frosts!
Good choices on your hostas.

How lucky! I've seen pictures of those hosta borders at WFF before. Nice you could see them in person!
Thanks for sharing the trip!

It was quite a sight. It was a little frustrating that almost none had a label though.

No we didn't get late frosts to amount to anything.Chris_W wrote:Wow, that really is quite the display of hostas. And I don't see all the burned out edges like we have around here from the late frosts!

Mighty Mouse was on my list, (I'd like to eventually have all of the "mice". ) I'd never heard of Lakeside Shore Master, but it was a real easy choice.

Stunning pics!
I've always like their catalog but that's about as close as I've come.

Great looking plants, I was about to order some easter lily bulbs from them.

That's a nice place. We have been there a couple of times and bought a few things.
