El Capitan is a 'Beatrice' hybrid.
I have posted this plant in the past. First, asking for help to ID it. Second, as one that can have extra coloration between the center and margin - "a glow".

El Capitan in the rain today.
Plant on the right is a weedling getting big and with a scape.
The plant in the top right corner is an unknown - mislabeled when it came in. I have posted it before
