Hosta of the Day - 'Grand Marquee'

Grand Marquee is a sport of 'Carder Blue'.

This hosta has a Tokudama heritage and seems to flower about a month earlier than the Halcyon types.]

Hard to beliive it is the same plant even you know they can change a lot and the h. June family do change very much.
Good pictures of the old knowledge, - they get fewer but bigger leaves in the shade... and more smaller in the sun :wink:
Never seen it that clear before.
