Pole Cat is a white-centered sport of Striptease.

I have a few of these. It is hard to tell white-center Striptease sports apart but this one has done "may be" a little different. One of them has put out some leaves with ripples. One has a tendency to put out more off-colored centers. In general this type maybe more unstable than the other types.
Here is the first one in 2010:
And here it is in 2012:

When that first Pole Cat came in it had a fragment that I planted in a protected space:

I posted this last shot before. This spot has - from left to right - Cabaret, Hanky Panky, Pole Cat, Juha (buried in leaves), Lemon Frost in the top right corner, T-Dawg lower-right.Here is a continuation of my Pole Cat topic - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=56799

Re: Hosta of the Day - 'Pole Cat'
Here is my last Pole Cat. After I split off a sport in 2011, I planted a piece of the normal one in a different garden. This garden gets a lot of mid-day sun.
In 2012 the plant put up two good size sprouts. One looks normal while one has a lot of "dark" color in the leaves. Here it is a couple of weeks later:

Some later photos:
Here is a group shot with Snake Eyes top/center, Blue without You right edge, Silver Eagle just to the left of Pole Cat, Hanky Panky sport top left, Orange Rose bottom left and a few leaves of Kiwi Full Monty poking into frame from the mid-left: This shot was cropped out of the following group shot: Another group shot - same orientation as above except here you see more of Kiwi Full Monty in the left bottom and Orange Rose is in flower.
