Procrastination can kill a hosta
All last season I walked by this one saying I really should pull off those big green hunks but never did. Today I pulled what was left of the original plant off of the big green thing.
Here is my Striptease sport called 'Golden Garters' in 2011: I took the plant apart today and potted the good pieces. I expect the "green" hunk will develop some yellow centers - they come in late on some pieces which is interesting to watch.
