Does this look like damage or virus?
I spotted these odd markings on one one my seedlings today. Any ideas - virus, damage, nematodes, random "streaking"?

It looks a little like nematodes and a little like bacteria. It isn't virus.
If it is bacteria a drench with a fungicide and removing the leaves in the fall would help. I'm leaning towards that but sort of hard to know for certain since some of it looks like nematodes too.
