Thank you; yes it is a great site and I can see lots of good information...some way over my head though..but I will learn.

Noticed mention of a Hosta seed exchange..where can I watch for that?

When it is the correct time of year to gather hosta seeds I believe they post those in the "Exchange Forum". They do bidding for seeds to raise money for this forum. It's over with for this year, but stick around and catch it next year. They offer good stuff for those that like to grow from seed!

Thank you Joan, I have enough seeds this year so will get to see how this goes. Think I will be saying "oh my" this winter when my seedlings get larger and need more space
