It seems to set buds in late April and we always have a frost or freeze here before they bloom. Is anyone else having this problem? If not is there some thing I can do to prevent this. Thanks for any info.

I have had this wisteria now for three years. I bought it already flowering. Now this is the third year that it has set buds only to have them frosted off. It seems to set buds in late April and we always have a frost or freeze here before they bloom. Is anyone else having this problem? If not is there some thing I can do to prevent this.
