Here is C. montana 'Marjorie' climbing a brick pillar by my front door. It gets at least 20 feet in a year, I usually cut it back to about 1-2 feet every other year to keep it in check. For a size comparison, note the chair off to the right that I have plants in.

Wow! That is beautiful! Too bad they won't do well in zone 5 :( I'd love one that grew that tall and fast!
