My Jackamanni clematis

It just started to bloom. The purple ones seem to be the hardiest of the clematis up here so I have a couple of them.

Thank you!

I really am glad it recovered from being dug up and stuck in a pot for most of the sumemr last year while we worked on the new beds. On the other side of the gate, not in a bed, but from the ground, I have another one growing. I guess that is from the old root. Can never have too many clematis. :lol:

That is just stunning!

I only have had 2 clemmies for a couple of years and this year bought 5 more :o I think I have a new addiction starting! :lol:

Yeppers, could easily find another 1/2 dozen or bakers dozen or 2 that I'd like to move in! :)

Purple and yellow just go hand in hand well, don't they! Your gardens are looking wonderful TQ~ Can you say now, the work was worth it all finally? :)
