Looking for the "bocca code" definition
Hi Pond people: I recently took in a lecture of Ponds. They assured me that if my pond was NOT deeper than 24 inches, I didn't need a fence to protect the neighbor kids from drowning. I've googled the "code" and have not found any links to pond websights. I bet i'm spelling it wrong. Does anyone here at Hallson's know the correct spelling or have a link to a web site I can research? Many thanks in advance. Later, Love, Lisa
Have I mentioned lately that my drinking team has a hosta problem?
Hi Lisa! I'm not sure of a specific code name. The code varies from city to city, so your best bet for reliable info is going to be from your city code. I doubt they will have a code specific to back yard ponds...most of the regulations are actually put in place for swimming pools. Both are bodies of water, so most cities consider them to be the same type of liability.
