Tri-Color Beech source?

Post by caliloo »

Hey all!

Any suggestions for a mail order source for a Tri-Color Beech? I *need* one of these and none of the local nurseries have them.

Can you recommend an online vendor?

Thanks

Alexa, I don't know of an online source (although I'm sure there is one) but I did just want to point out that these are VERY slow growing trees - only about an inch or so a year. You might be awfully disappointed going the mail order route on this one. Our Lowe's has had them the past couple of seasons. You might want to wait and try again in spring (or check for a fresh shipment of trees in fall). Couldn't one of your local nurseries special order one for you - if you told them this fall when they are making their orders for spring? :???: Good luck...and I will see if I can find a few online sites for ya too. :)
