Lemon blossom

Post by Gruntfuttock »

Since moving the lemon bush into the greenhouse there has been an explosion of blossom, and new buds are appearing every day. The greenhouse stinks of cheap soap.

I took this today.

I have a question, please? My orange looked like that last Feb\March (the whole house smelled heavenly). Then the little oranges appeared and held on thru Christmas until I pulled them all off.

Now for the Question: when will it flower again???

I keep this bush outside all summer and usually all winter, but decided to bring it into the greenhouse this year as I had space.

This one tends to flower sporadically throughout the year.

Despite attacking it with the paint brush there don't seem to be any lemons on it.
