A white Double Azalea I adopted

Post by caliloo »

My neighbor was shovel pruning this one  I loked it enough to give it a home. Any guess what the variety might be? It is at least 15 years old and probably a very common one

Could it be as obvious as azalea 'Hardy Gardenia?'

This one only looks semidouble, though…

You could be right about it being semi-double.... It was buried under a HUGE mountain of wild grape vines and I spent most of yesterday digging it out, so I only glanced at a few of the blooms.

Thanks for the opnion!
