I want some in my yard, but I don't want to overdo it.
These are cool, but I think I want white vinyl to match my rose arbor:

I have to make sure I don't water them though. Our water is rusty.

I have the copper obelisk shown in the last picture. At the old place we left behind a large arbor made of black tubing that has several very old clematis growing on it. I just don't have the heart to cut down the clematis to remove it. If, after we sell it, the new owners remove it I don't want to know about it...

I love copper even though my house is gray not the popular tan/beige color. I have a copper birdbath with green glass leaves on the edge. Here's a picture:

I also have a birdbath that's in need of paint and I'm afraid I won't paint it right. It's gray with a white wash over it.
It's hard to take when new owners or residents don't appreciate all the work we've put into a yard, isn't it?

I have a copper bird bath with a hanging feeder to match. I haven't decided where to put it yet. I have several new pieces of yard art stilll have to put out, but I am waiting untilI I get more cleanup work done. And I still have alot of plants to put out. Just want to be sure we don't have a freeze sneak in.
Lovin' the great northwest!

I love Arbors...almost as much as I love vines. Wisteria, morning glory and passion flowers. NOT to mention clematis, honeysuckle and hyacinth bean. I love the clean white PVC look and it weathers well. Oh I bought some bulbs today at Sam's. 3 boxes. 2 pink calla lilys and Elephant ear. Granted they are not climbers but will grace my garden with contrast and color. Come on summer!. Later, Love, Lisa
Have I mentioned lately that my drinking team has a hosta problem?

I haven't even grown anything on my obelisk as I like to move it around seems. It's been in a few spots since I got a couple years ago from Chris. and yes, I know it's leaning there!
This is another arbor that will be added onto to make it 12 X 12 this summer. The top is, but the base is only 4 foot I think currently, so we'll be added more this summer.

It used to house 3 swings and a climbing rope and the top had the hand over hand rungs on it. I had 12 kids in my child care and this was one of the apparatus I kept to make and arbor out of. The tarp was to keep the sun off the infants while swinging. Of course the bench wasn't under it then
We've been here about 20 years now and dh built the potting shed 2 summers ago after I asked for a small 2X2' hand tool box for the deck b/c it seemed I was always bringing them inside the back door at night after dark when I finished in the gardens. The big shed is about 100 yards from the back door, so he built this potting (potty) shed for my hand tools and birding supplies and potty up. I love it.

I have 4 trellis' around the edges of my yard, not exactly square, but who cares. Some have clematis worthy of them, and other clematis that just don't cut it. A work in progress. The center pole has 4 clematis on it, and even tho I have to tie them up to keep the whole thing from sliding, it looks great in the summer. CHAR
