Heavenly Blue morning glories

Post by wild4flowers »

I planted these at the base of my glass welcome sign, and all of a sudden they took over. Isn't it gorgeous? It is at the corner of my front deck and completely hides the sign. There are tons of buds on it and it still is producing. CHAR

They are beautiful! I was lucky enough to receive some
"Tye Dye" morning glory plants from Julie A in the last secret trade and they are blooming now. It is a wonder since something or somebody (grasshoppers) keeps eating the leaves as fast as they can sprout!

Gorgeous! I can never get these to grow for me, have tried several times... would you be willing to save me a few seeds for postage or perhaps for Pardancanda or other seeds in trade? Thanks, John

OC planted some this spring, but the summer heat and draught got them before they bloomed. He will :bd: :bd: try again next year, because his wife LOVES them....That Old Coot named John

I can't get them to grow very well. Are you supposed to water them every day?

They sure are pretty, but here in western Washington they're considered weeds. They grow... and grow... and grow.. .and don't stop to the point of being invasive. So for now, I'll just enjoy other people's photos :)
