Holy :o That's just lush enough, I bet you don't have to weed much huh? Very nice!

Yep, I definitely like that full, lush look.
I agree with Jane, less room for weeds to grow.

Yeah, now if JANE could only REMEMBER THAT! :( I just never get lushness in my gardens, and am forever weeding. I'll have to hand some pics in the potting shed to remind each morning :D

These pictures are all utterly gorgeous! My backyard is so small but then I'm getting old, maybe it's just what I need for the next few years.

For app. 13 1/2 years, I have done 90% of the work I do in my backyard while I'm outside with the pugs. Somewhere I got in the habit of walking outside almost everytime they go outside and that's when I pull a few weeds, trim a vine, deadhead a few faded blooms, water, clean the birdbath, etc.

See, I do that at mom's all the time. But at home, I just know IF/WHEN I get out there, it will be hours before I find the door again!

Seems to me, all those weeds are connected to the next, or give off some scent that forces you to move on to the next, and then the next, and another and another............taking you further from the door and your duties......

That is absolutely gorgeous!!! I really need to get my ravine to look like that but I can't keep the weeds out long enough for other stuff to grow in that thick!!!!!!! :o
