I've got a huge one: part 2.

Use this area to talk about tender plants such as annuals, tropicals, and houseplants.

A friend gave me two purple dats she grew from seed I gave her (all mine failed to germinate), but I didn't have room in the greenhouse so I removed a single white to make room.

I don't think it is a good idea to grow whightii/inoxia/innoxia/meleloides or whatever it is in a pot, even a 10" pot. Next year they are going in the ground only.

Wow! Are those annuals? :o

I'd say a little larger pot or acre would be good! Beautiful though!

They are a bit more restrained in the garden and have a more upright nature, although they do tend to flop.

They're treated as annuals in these cool climes, although I have one in the garden which has either sent up 3 shoots from the roots or seeds from last year have grown.
