Hi,
I need some hibiscus help. It’s in the house and it's been at a stand still for about 4 months now with no flowers. From a distance it looks normal but when you get up close it has a wet substance on some of the leaves. And with further inspection today, I noticed tiny white bugs for the first time. Maybe 3 or 4 on each leaf. What should I do? :(

We stripped off all the leaves on ours and stuck it in the sink and poured hot tap water over it. We also then set it outside and the leaves are coming back.
