Advice for Plumeria

I traded for to Plumeria three years ago. They grow taler, and taller, and taller in those 3 years but I have not had one bloom. I bring it into the dining room every winter it continues to grow drop a few leaves but grow new ones.

Anybody growing these what do you feed your plant, how often?

What are you fertilzing it with? You know you can cut them to make more plants? I don't grow them anymore as these just weren't worth my time.
